The backup and security of your business documents are based on two key components that are the fundamental strengths of PCM in maintaining our 100% data recovery track record.

At the scheduled time, the backup will begin and download your files into our client backup library.  You will receive a full backup report by email after each backup is finished, along with your listed contacts notifying the backup is secure with a backup job summary.  If there is an error or warning, you and your contacts will be notified by our technical staff.
